Come have some fun and get a preview into a Ballard flip property from the Caliber team! We got to go and hear exactly why they purchased the property, give input on what the should do with rehab. The property was like a 1960's time capsule. It had never been updated. The view was absolutely fabulous. The property was purchased at 1.1 million dollars and after rehab hopes to list over $2mill. We had a great time learning from the owners of Caliber who have done hundreds of flips but this one is one that they are super excited about!
